These prices get along except service charges and cleaning. Tourist tax 1,5€/d, fixed price cleaning of 40 €, a guarantee of 200 € and a fixed price for the service charges (water/electricity/heating) of 9 €/d in the summer and 14 €/d in the winter. These supplements are to be paid by the tenant at the time of the reservation.
